Privacy policy

MinuteQuote is operated by TorontoSoft. We process business and customer information so you can create and send estimates. We collect only what the product needs: account identifiers, business profile, customer contact details you enter, job photos, voice transcripts, quotes, device diagnostics, and subscription status.
AI processing
If you use photo or voice analysis, images and transcripts are sent to our server and, when configured, to a third-party model provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic). We do not use customer content to train our models. We ask providers not to train on API data. You can continue manually if you do not want AI processing.

Retention
Quotes, photos, and customers remain until you delete them or delete your account. AI request logs keep metadata (timestamps, token counts, cost) for 90 days and do not store raw photos after analysis unless needed for a failed retry (24 hours). Analytics events contain no names, emails, or phone numbers.
Your rights
In the app: export your data, delete a quote, or delete your account. Account deletion removes customers, quotes, photos, and profile data we are not legally required to keep. Active store subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple or Google billing.
